Tar vitamin D, 2000 IE (en period 5000IE). Upptäckte brist i blod på läkarbesök och efter påbörjad tillskott av D-vitamin ökade jag arbetsförmåga från 25% till 50%. Detta är nu 10 år sen och äter nu D-vitamin sept-maj varje år.

i get hand cramps without my vit D but it doesn't seem to make an improvement to my overall condition.

1000 IU. Had low levels of Vitamin D, supplementing helped alleviate fatigue but the effect was temporary.

I was vitamin d deficient and been on high dose for 2 years (3,400 oh a day) but while bit d levels are now high normal I haven't seen any change in fatigue levels.

I haven't been able to tolerate any Vitamin D supplement. They overstimulate my immune system. However, I've had no problems with sunshine or a Vitamin D lamp.

Seems to be overstimulating: RDV made me wired (then tired) and gave me air hunger.
